30 Burpees

We are doing 30 burpees for 30 days.  We do 10 burpees in the morning, after lunch, and at the end of the day.  I bet you are wondering why we are doing this.  First, it's fun.  Second, we are learning how to persevere.  Perseverance means that you never give up even though it's hard.  Burpees are tiring, but we are persevering.  We will get very good at them.  Third, we are doing it to have healthy bodies.  So, how do you do a burpee?
First, you do a squat with your hands on the ground.
Second, jump your feet out behind you.
Third, do a push up.
Fourth, jump your legs back to a squat.
Fifth, jump up with your hands up.
We are keeping track of our burpees.  We are filling in a graph every time we do 10 burpees.
